Abstract

Experimentation and simulation of the transpiration coefficient in containers, second year:

The water requirements of transpiration coefficient of plants has been the subject of many studies throughout tis and the end of last century. Briggs and Shantz determined in the second decade of this century in the Mid-west of North America the water requirement of many plant species. After them the experiments were repeated, but mostly less accurate.

Botanical composition of pasture:

In desert sild enormous quantities of seeds are stored. The percentage of seeds of a certain species in the total amount of seeds differs every year, depending on history as to the amount of seeds formed in previous years and lost due to animals, diseases and aging. This experiment does not tell anything about the composition of the seedlings emerging after the first rains.
